Virginia Gough

Virginia (Ginny) began at Peters May in September 2026 following the completion of the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Bar Vocational Course at City St George’s University of London.

Prior to undertaking her legal studies, she completed a degree in Theology and Religion at the University of Oxford. She then spent two years working at environmental law charity, ClientEarth.  

Ginny has also volunteered as a Tribunal Representative and appeared in the Social Security and Child Support Tribunal representing clients in disability benefit appeal hearings.

Ginny is due to be called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn and will commence pupillage with the specialist Family Law chambers, FOURTEEN in October 2027.
